refund & return policy

• All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Please include a slip with your Order ID number, full name and reason for return inside the return package.

• Consider insuring the return package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. BiggerFive is not responsible for items that are not delivered or damaged upon arrival.

• Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product
