Bought these for our sons; 6 & 8. They work great and keep them interested in tracking as well as reading the clock. The wrist straps fit their small arms better that the stiffer ones on the FitBit.
Had an issue with one strap and customer service was very prompt in replacing it with the updated style.
Very happy after a few months.

The overall product is really nice especially for kids. My 8 year old grandson saw this and asked me to order it for him so he could keep up with his steps! I am very satisfied and recommend this product for kids who like to know what time it is and keep up with their exercise.

We bought 2 watches, one of which had some break down of the band after just a month of use. I emailed the company to inform them of the breakdown and they immediately sent me a replacement, no hassle at all. Would recommend these, my kiddos LOVE tracking their steps and heart rate, weve worn them in the pool, and great customer service is a cherry on top.

My son has never wanted to walk so much in his life. No joke. All he is focused on is getting his steps in !! He loves it.

Got this for my 10 year old son. The band was way too big and rubbed his wrist raw, then it stopped working.
BIGGERFIVE sent an expedited replacement that it just as good as the original one (the dog ate it) we had. We have not had any issues and appreciate the customer care and support we received to address and fix the problem.

The headphones are great but the customer service is even better!

The first pair of these headphones that we purchased took forever to connect to the device. We had to unpair/forget the device and re-pair each time or try 3 or 4 different times by turning off the Bluetooth and headphones and back on before they would connect. The customer service rep I spoke with had me troubleshoot it and when they didn't work they supplied a replacement without any hassle!

The new ones work perfectly! They are comfortable and my kiddo loves the LED light ring on the ear pieces. He is 4 and has no issue turning them on/off by himself.

Update 1/31/23:

After posting my original review, the company reached out to me to send me another replacement. It’s only been a few months but so far the watch is still working great. The customer service we’ve received has really been amazing- something that you don’t typically experience with Amazon sellers.

This is a cute watch and was really fun for my 4 year old. He would come home from preschool and we could look at how many steps he did at school etc. it stopped working after 2 months. No water damage, didn’t drop it, just stopped charging. I reached out to the company and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. The replacement came brand new in a wrapped box and it has never worked. It won’t charge, it won’t turn on. We gave up! Would have loved for this to work for us but need it to last longer than a few months.

Yes you could use it for a kid but I’m using it for an adult. It does everything you need your basic fitness tracking and it’s not complicated it’s very lightweight and doesn’t feel like you’re wearing much on your wrist. In addition it’s kind of a cute pop of color too.

We got this for my daughters 8th birthday. She loves being able to tell time and tracks her steps. Unfortunately it started shutting off as you cycle through the different sport modes.
Not sure what we can really do about that, but we’re disappointed.

[Update] Company reached out and sent a new watch to us which has been working as expected so far. Fingers crossed it lasts!

My niece loves this! She loves tracking and checking her stats and help keep her active and entertained!

I like the fact that it was so easy to set up. After having to return the other major brand of tracker due to impossible set up I purchased this after reading the reviews.

I agree with everyone who spoke about this tracker. My 7yr old loves it and loves seeing his steps for the day. He also loves the cute watch face options.

Support is also wonderful. When I had questions they followed up with answers right away.

I initially bought this as a gift but it started coming apart for the kid we bought it for. I was going to return it but the company was kind enough to just send out a replacement one that works great. He enjoys it a lot and it’s great for kids. I like that it helps track their steps and makes them be more aware of fitness goals. The great battery life is also a huge plus.

My 11 year-old nephew wanted a watch but didn’t want to have an expensive Apple-experience/cost. He loves this watch and Bart takes it off. Has some good digital functionality.

The strap on my daughter's watch broke off and when I contacted the company they sent a new strap out right away and were so helpful. my daughter who is 7.5 loves the watch. it is easy to charge and easy to use.

Got this for my kid. The first one had the band break, I reached out to the seller, who promptly responded and made things right. So thank you for the great customer service. The device itself looks great, the screen is bright and easy to read, the faces are attractive. Kid loves it.

Nous avons acheté cette montre en fev 2022 et en sommes très contents. Prix attractif à l'époque pour un enfant de 9-10 ans. La charge tient environ 3 jours. Au bout d'un an et un mois elle a cessé de fonctionner, problème de batterie. Nous avons contacté la société Buggerfive qui malgré les 12 mois de garantie dépassés nous a proposé une nouvelle montre. Cette dernière vient d'arriver, c'est un nouveau modèle, plus complet et nous avons même pu choisir le coloris ! Un grand merci au SAV.

La montre est bien et facile d'utilisation. Après 2 semaines le bracelet ne tenait plus sur son socle je l'ai retourné et demande le remboursement et surprise le vendeur me contacte pour me proposer de m'en renvoyer une nouvelle en dédommagement quel service client! Ma fille est ravie de retrouver sa montre qu'elle aimait tant!
