1.Verification
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, orders will not be canceled during this period, considering processing has already started. 2.Processing
After your orders is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
3.Shipping Time And Fee
We have different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and European region. Shipping times and shipping methods are based on your location. Please expect 2-14 days after order processing to receive your package.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Delivery
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped.
5. Tracking
Once the order has shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated in the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on its way and there is no delay with the package, rather, any delay is in updating the tracking number status.
6.Wrong Address
It it the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is alwasys a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
